ABOUT US
The East Garner Elementary PTA was chartered as a non-profit organization to support East Garner Elementary School in 2007. In that time, hundreds of parents, relatives and community members have helped in the PTA's mission to advocate and provide assistance to the children and staff at East Garner.
The PTA year begins on July 1st of the current year and ends on June 30th of the following year. The Officers and Board Of Directors comprise of a group of volunteers who help to ensure the continual operations of the PTA throughout the year. Their hard work and commitment is integral to our success.
Though most associate the PTA strictly with fundraising, the PTA has numerous roles within the school. The PTA paves the way to provide help in the classroom, spearheads cultural and community projects and works behind the scenes to make the school a wonderful experience for each student on a daily basis.
